Submission Deadline: July 15th, 2025

You may sign up participants here.
Please follow these steps:
STEP 1: Please carefully read the terms and conditions.
STEP 2: Click on permission form, fill out form, print form, and sign it.
STEP 3: Scan permission form, rename it (please use the following format: ParticipantName_SchoolName, eg: JohnSmith_ABCSchool), and upload it here. PDF or JPG files accepted.
STEP 4: Once the permission form has been
submitted, you will receive an e-mail with a link for uploading the video recording.
Please note: Use the same name for the video file as you mentioned
in the permission form.
